• Account immune - a switch, if set, that makes an Account immune from overdue processing. The Account will not be automatically Suspended. This may be used for extremely valuable Accounts.

• Account grace date - a date, if set, that makes an Account immune from overdue processing until after the day after the date.

• Virtual Company overduemin - An Account is immune from overdue processing whenever the Account balance is less than or equal to Virtual Company overduemin.

Account exclusions to overdue processing

• Accounts that have Account immune set.

• Accounts that have Account grace date set to the future. When the day after the grace date is reached, the grace date is cleared and overdue processing steps occur for the Account.

• Accounts that have an overdue balance that is less than Virtual Company overduemin.

Overdue processing items

• Late fees - Late fees (if any specified for a Virtual Company) are billed every Account invday when an Account is overdue. If Account state is Closed, then the assessment of late fees is dependent on Virtual Company lateclosed.

• Conditions under which overdue notices are sent to an account

  1. When the Account past due balance that is overdue by Virtual Company overduenotice days is greater than Virtual Company overduemin.

  2. Account state is Open.

  3. Virtual Company overduemin is greater than 0.

  4. Virtual Company overduenotice is greater than 0.

  5. Virtual Company odinterval is greater than 0. odinterval is the number of days between overdue notices.

  6. The number of late notices previously sent meets the criteria set forth by Virtual Company odmax.

  7. It is time to send a late notice based on the criteria set forth by Virtual Company odinterval.

• Conditions under which overdue Accounts are Suspended

  • Account past due balance that is overdue by Virtual Company overduesusp days and is greater than Virtual Company overduemin.

  • Account state is Open.

  • Virtual Company overduemin value is greater than 0.

  • Virtual Company overduesusp value is greater than 0.
