manualallocate — Manipulate/Create specific Allocation records

Synopsis

/usr/local/billmax/bin/manualallocate {-a account} {-n payhist} [-g number_tranno_amount:number_amount_tranno...] [-k] [-h]

DESCRIPTION

Manipulates/Creates specific Allocation records. May be used to edit/create/remove Allocation records.

OPTIONS

-a account

The Account number of the Financial Transaction for which the the Allocations are to be created.

-n payhist

The Financial Transaction for which the Allocations are to be created.

-h

Show help for this program.

-k

Specifies whether the Financial Transaction is to be be automatically Allocated. If specified, any overage of the amount of the Financial Transaction not specified by -g will NOT be automatically Allocated to other Financial Transaction. If -g is not specified, this has the effect of deleting all Allocation records.

-g number_tranno_amount:number_amount

Specifies the Allocations to create. This is a colon delimited list. The parts of the list are:

0 for success.
