manualallocate — Manipulate/Create specific Allocation records
/usr/local/billmax/bin/manualallocate {-a account} {-n payhist} [-g number_tranno_amount:number_amount_tranno...] [-k] [-h]
Manipulates/Creates specific Allocation records. May be used to edit/create/remove Allocation records.
-a accountThe Account number of the Financial Transaction for which the the Allocations are to be created.
-n payhistThe Financial Transaction for which the Allocations are to be created.
-hShow help for this program.
-k
Specifies whether the Financial Transaction is to be be automatically Allocated. If specified, any overage of the amount of the Financial Transaction not specified by -g will NOT be automatically Allocated to other Financial Transaction. If -g is not specified, this has the effect of deleting all Allocation records.
-g number_tranno_amount:number_amountSpecifies the Allocations to create. This is a colon delimited list. The parts of the list are:
number - The Financial Transaction to which the Financial Transaction specified by -n is to be associated by way of a Allocation.
tranno - The payhist.number of an Allocation if it already exists. Is used when changing the amount of an Allocation.
amount - The amount of the Allocation.
