Customer Interface (CI) Overview

The Customer Interface (CI) subsystem provides the software, data, and rule sets that enable online registrations and customer data access.

Through the CI, an authorized customer may:

The interface, as shipped, doesn't allow for Account holders to cancel or discontinue Services.
