Historical Transaction Method

The "Historical Transaction Method" consists of importing data into the database for each of the Financial Transaction types for each Account. The following transactions are relevant:

A detailed description of these records may be found in payhist table documentation.

After importing these transactions, run the program /usr/local/billmax/bin/create_applies to create the Allocation records. If there is a need include historical Allocation data, a method is to write a program to create the Allocations using /usr/local/billmax/bin/manualallocate. The procedure for doing this is beyond the scope of this document
