Local customizations to the BillMax system

Many BillMax customers customize BillMax to their needs. In addition, a fair amount of customization may be made to the Customer Interface. Backups of these settings/customizations may be very important when trying to restore the billing/provisioning operations. Using either /usr/local/billmax/local/backup_hook or some other method, consider copying the modified files to a backup location not in the BillMax directory structure.

Consideration should also be given to periodically backing up the entire file structure under /usr/local/billmax.
