Synopsis

/usr/local/billmax/bin/ccck.pl [number]

DESCRIPTION

Validates the construction of a credit card number. It does not test whether the credit card is good from a credit card processor point of view, only that the number supplied might represent a valid credit card.

The intended use of ccck is to validate credit card numbers before importing them into the BillMax database.

OPTIONS

number: The number to validate. If this option is not specified, the user is prompted for the number to validate.
-h: Show help for this program.

RETURN VALUE

0 for success.
