Defines whether the timetrack entry is billable and should be billed to a Account

  • 0 - Not billable.

  • 1 - billable.

The entity to which the timetrack entry is associated. May be an Account, User or Service.

comment

A description of the timetrack entry.

char(200) BLANK
empl

The employee for whom the timetrack entry is entered. List is from the auth table

mediumint(8) User currently logged in.
enddate

The end date of the timetrack entry. Combination of enddate and endtime must be greater than startdate and starttime.

date Current Date
endtime

The endtime of the timetrack entry. Combination of enddate and endtime must be greater than startdate and starttime.

time Current Time
number

System Identifier for a database row. In most cases automatically generated. Allowable range is 1-2147483647.

int(11) Autogenerated. Generally next available integer.
offtime

The number of minutes to be subtracted from the total time. Represents time not worked due to a break.

startdate

The startdate of the timetrack entry. Combination of enddate and endtime must be greater than startdate and starttime.

date Current Date
starttime

The enddate of the timetrack entry. Combination of enddate and endtime must be greater than startdate and starttime.

time No default. User input required.
type

The timetrack entry type. Selected from the tttypes list
