(1)	Clicking on `"SAVE"` save any edits to the Account and refreshes the `"Account Admin"` page.
(2)	Clicking on `"SAVE & ENTER NEW USER"` save any edits to the Account and open the `"User Admin"` page so that a new User may be added to the Account.
