Flat Rate Pricing

The next date (without taking into account config.prebilldays) that the service will be billed. If blank and the record is saved, any set fee or Deposit Charge will be billed. May be set to the future to skip a billing period or to the past to re-bill a a past period. If a Service State is changed to Open State, BillMax will roll forward billing for the Service. If this is undesirable, set this date to the date from which billing should resume.

The quantity for which to bill. This amount is multiplied by the price in effect to determine the total amount to bill before assessing any applicable taxes.

The initial terms. In this example, three three-month periods will be billed for $10.00, multiplied by the quantity, at the beginning of each three month period.

(4)

Check if the Service is to be delivered free of any subscription or usage charges.

(5)

Check if the setup fee is to be waived.

(6)

Check if the Deposit Charge is to be waived.

Clicking the "RENEW" button will catch up the billing for the service if the invoice date is in the past. It may also be used to bill multiple durations for a service into the future.
