Notes

Notes contain information about the Account. System generated Notes generally record a change to the Account. CSR Notes generally record information about an Account that may be more suitable captured in a Note rather than a Calltrack.

A note created by the Customer Service Representative test. Note that the priority is "5" and therefore will always be listed first.

(2)

A note created by the actions of the Customer Service Representative test. test changed the Accounts State to Open State. This is a significant event and the system recorded the fact that this action took place.

(3)

A system generated note recording the fact that nightly processing changed the State of the Account to Closed State and the reason for the change in State.
