Using BillMax for ISP DSL and Broadband billing is very similar to using BillMax for ISP billing.

A major difference is the need to bill any setup and deposit fees upfront, but delay billing for the recurring portion of the subscription until service is actually activated.

This may be accomplished trivially in BillMax. One simply needs to create a service with a startdate in the future. When the service is activated, a CSR simply specifies the correct start date. Note that BillMax will assess any setup or deposit fees at the time the service is setup.

This process is very similar to WISP billing.
