BillMax is feature rich and powerful product. Due to its myriad of options, flexibility and customization, no two BillMax implementation are exactly alike. For this reason we offer several ways for you to get to know BillMax and its capabilities prior to any purchase decision.

First we offer online access to a demonstration instance of BillMax. This access includes the staff (back office) and customer interfaces. With these interfaces, you can simulate an employee of your company and create billing plans, create accounts and services, generate statements, etc. Or you can simulate a customer and gain access to past statements, update account details, etc.

While useful for a quick evaluation, the online demo instance doesn't run any of BillMax's daily processes and the data is refreshed nightly (to remove inappropriate user added content, etc.).

For an in-depth analysis of BillMax, you will want to download and install on your server a demo version of BillMax. The demo version is virtually identical to the licensed version. Only the source code, some documentation, and credit card processing scripts are omitted.

Additionally, we can provide upon request, a custom demo site for your evaluation. This site allows for long lasting configurations, testing, and daily processing.
