Using BillMax for Web Host billing consists of several parts:

• Securing the domain for a subscriber.
• Creating the necessary directory structure on the web server for the new web site.
• Creating the necessary emails for the the new web site.
• Modifying the web server's configuration file to activate the new web site.

Many of these chores may be automated using BillMax in conjunction with a control panel. Control panels successfully used with BillMax include those created by Ensim, Cpanel, Sphera and Plesk.

BillMax has been used to either 1) drive the control panels; or 2) be driven by the control panels. In either case, the recurring and usage billing are performed by BillMax.
