Avoid Suspending a Service on Holidays

BillMax provides a list so that customers will not be suspended on entered holidays.

  1. Login to the BillMax Staff Portal using an ID with Administrator privileges.
  2. Select Billing Administration > Lists.
  3. Select nosuspendoverduedates.
  4. To add a list item, click Add.
  5. Enter Item as the name of the holiday.
  6. Enter Value as the date (YYYY-MM-DD).
  7. Enter Description if more explanation is needed or desired.
  8. Click Save or Save and New.
