Avoid Suspending a Service on Holidays
BillMax provides a list so that customers will not be suspended on entered holidays.
- Login to the BillMax Staff Portal using an ID with Administrator privileges.
- Select .
- Select nosuspendoverduedates.
- To add a list item, click Add.
- Enter Item as the name of the holiday.
- Enter Value as the date (YYYY-MM-DD).
- Enter Description if more explanation is needed or desired.
- Click Save or Save and New.
