Configure POP/AP Outage Banner for Accounts

  1. Select System Administration > POPs or System Administration > Access Points from the Top Menu.
  2. Choose the Number of the POP or Access Point with the issue.
  3. Choose the Operational Status that applies.
  4. Bring up any Account on that POP or Access Point and a banner is displayed based on the Status to alert the CSR.
  5. To discontinue the banner, change the Operational Status back to Normal.
