How to configure your email sending infrastructure won’t be covered in detail here. There are many sources for this information on the Internet. The following content does however provide some overall guidance and overview.

Depending on your version there are three separate systems for sending email:

1. Sendmail
2. Postfix
3. Amazon’s Web Services (AWS) Simple Email Service (SES)
