Send An Email for Outages from BillMax

Notify customers on a particular tower, pop, or access point when an outage occurs or a maintenance window is planned.

  1. Select System Administration > POPs or System Administration > Access Points .
  2. Choose the Number of the POP or Access Point.
  3. Choose the Email Template that needs to be sent.
  4. Update the wording with the date or time as needed. Click Send and confirm.
    Important: Do not change the lines beginning with To or From. These are variables filled in by the BillMax system with appropriate values.
    Important: These Email Templates have a text and a html version of the same template in the window. Make sure to update both versions.
