Update Permissions to Add Actions

  1. Login to the BillMax Staff Portal using an ID with Super User privileges.
  2. Select System Administration > Permissions.
  3. Note: Consider each item with a Permission > 1 if each Authorized User has a foundation of Read access. Otherwise, all items must be updated.
    View the log file to determine items to change.
  4. Add the new Authorization Level to the Permission for each Source or Object listed. To update the Permission
    1. Choose Refine Search and add a filter based on the Object or Source if the Object is blank.
    2. Click the number of the Permission to change.
    3. Select the check box for the Authorization Level that has been added to change or an existing one to add the permission and click Save.
