Configure BillMax for TowerCoverage

  1. Set up a Remote Application for the Customer Portal. See Customer Portal Server Setup.
  2. Set up a Remote Application for Tower Coverage. This will be use to receive EUS submissions.
  3. Edit /usr/local/billmax/html/portal.v2/edge.php and assign to:
    TCmulticoverageid
    A value from the TowerCoverage web site that is the multicoverage map to be used for EUS submissions. This is the mcid value if viewing data from the iframe link generated by Tower Coverage.
    TCaccount
    This is the ACCT ID from Tower Coverage on the Account->API display.

    TCkey
    This is the ACCT KEY from Tower Coverage on the Account->API display.

    TCAPIKey
    The API Key from Configure EUS.
    TCEUSResponseUsername
    The Username from Configure EUS.
    TCEUSResponsePassword
    The Password from Configure EUS.
    TCEUSResponseLog
    • true - Original EUS data written to TCEUSResponseLogFile.
    • false - Original EUS data not logged.
    TCEUSResponseLogFile
    File to which EUS data will be logged.
    TCLanding
    The landing site in the Customer Portal when a potential customer completes a successful Tower Coverage Pre Qualification submission.

  4. Create one or more Queues for receiving EUS data. See Ticketing.
  5. Edit the BillMax TowerCoverage List and specify the numeric values for:
    • The Virtual Company to which new Accounts will be added. If not specified, the Virtual Company of the Remote Application for TowerCoverage will be used.
    • The Account Profile which will be assigned to new Accounts. If not specified, the Account Profile of the Remote Application for TowerCoverage will be used.
    • The Queue to which the User Ticket for a new Installation will be assigned. If not specified, "1" will be used.
    • The default Issue for the new Ticket. Specified using the Problem entry. If not specified, no Issue will be selected.
    • Optionally the Queue and Issue when coverage is not available.
