Create a State Universal Service Fee

If a SUSF is to be passed through to a customer, a State USF must be created for each state.

  1. Select Billing Administration > Tax/Fee Items from the Top Menu.
  2. Select New from the Context Menu.
  3. Choose Fee.
  4. Choose the Type for State USF.
  5. Choose the Statename.
  6. Enter any other desired information.
  7. Select Save from the Context Menu.
  8. Add the State USF fee to the appropriate Tax Groups.
