Hubspot® is a Customer-Relationship Management (CRM) tool. The BillMax Hubspot Integration provides bi-directional data flow between BillMax Accounts and Users and Hubspot Deals. On the BillMax side, the integration is comprised of an Edge service endpoint to receive changes from Hubspot and account and user hooks to “push” changes from BillMax to Hubspot. The integration requires a BillMax license key that includes the Customer Portal module for the Edge service to be implemented.
Hubspot Deals when created or edited result in the corresponding data being replicated in BillMax and vice versa.
The mapping is a single Hubspot Deal to a BillMax Account and User. The “Other*” address fields in the Contact are mapped to the BillMax User.
This integration requires a Hubspot account that includes the necessary licenses to use Hubspot’s Webhooks and CRM REST APIs and is available only in BillMax 4.0.10473 or versions released since.
