Allow Customers to Sign into Customer Portal with Social Accounts

Configure the Customer Portal to accept logins using AWS Cognito^® for one or more social accounts.

1. Choose Systems Administration > Customer Portal Configuration.
2. Set cognito to true.
3. Update the other AWS Cognito^® parameters. Click Save. Contact support@billmax.com for further support.
4. For each social account type, an app account will have to be setup. Check the documentation for each system about how to create.
