Book a Payment Reversal

How to book an NSF Check or Credit Card Chargeback

1. View the Account.
2. Click on the Billing Tab.
3. Select the Payment by clicking the number in the Number column.
4. Click on the Book Reversal tab in the opened dialog.
5. Fill in the form.
6. Click Save Reversal.
