BillMax 2023 Q3 - August 3, 2023

BillMax 2023 offers integration with Avalara for taxing and reporting purposes. A new version of invoices is also available that streamline the service item display. Support for the BDC report continues to evolve so that the FCC requirements can be met.

BillMax 2022 Q3 - August 8, 2022

BillMax has added the BDC report and also RGU reports. The BillMax Customer Portal now can collect a digital signature for Terms and Conditions. An AWS SES email service is available – know when a document is delivered and opened by a customer. A Mikrotik queue program has been added. Email Customers in Bulk offers a way to email customers with filtering in City, Zip, Virtual Company, etc.

BillMax 2022 Q1 - January 18, 2022

BillMax has updated the FCC 477 for the new 2020 Census data requirement, included new integration with Market Broadband, and made it easy to send emails to all Users on a POP or AP.

BillMax 2021 Q2 - May 2021

BillMax has added the ability to use package/service definitions across multiple companies, an integration with Zoho CRM that syncs BillMax Accounts and Users to Zoho contacts, and an export file to update NetSuite. 

BillMax 2020 Q4 - December 18, 2020

BillMax has added the ability to add custom fields to the AP and POP tables. BillMax has expanded Select Fee Groups to support matching recurring fees/one time fees to city, state, country, tax region and pop. The invoice integration with DispatchMe has been updated to handle multiple open jobs on a single account.

BillMax has upgraded its support for CDR billing and included support for the FCC 499, updated the underlying technology for PCI Compliance, and improved data collection for towers and APs.

BillMax 2018 Q4 – December 12, 2018

BillMax is pleased to announce support for check scanning, integrated FreeRADIUS support, and TowerCoverage registration in the customer portal.

BillMax 2018 Q2 – July 11, 2018

BillMax has added IPPay’s Card Updater Service and a method of reconciliation of IPPay Echeck deposits using settlement files.

BillMax offers USPS Address Verification, HTML presentation for Email Templates, and price changes for existing package and services. A Financial Close has also been added so that historical transactions cannot be changed.

BillMax 2017 Q4 – December 12, 2017

BillMax has redesigned tickets to include service level agreements. Escalate tickets based on issues and ticket queue. Displays for accounts and users are customizable based on login id.

BillMax 2017 Q1 – March 8, 2017

BillMax has delivered a Scheduling/Work Order module with calendaring. Integrations are complete with BlueTie, MagicMail, and Moneris.

BillMax Billing Solutions Now Offers AWS Email Services

Fort Worth, Texas – Oct. 1, 2023 – BillMax Billing Solutions, a software company for internet and VoIP providers, now offers clients an optional service featuring Amazon Web Services Simple Email Service (AWS SES).

Using AWS SES through BillMax has advantages over sending email through a standard mail system, including a greatly improved delivery success rate, reduced administrative burden, status tracking, scalability to tens of thousands of emails, and reputation management for emails sent. BillMax staff will handle proper setup of DNS, SPF alignment, and DKIM signatures so emails are more likely to be received by mail servers and not bounced or placed in spam folders. Emails can be configured to originate with dedicated IP addresses so bad practices of other senders won’t adversely affect the sending domain’s reputation.
